Rules governing use of the Play Cricket India website and participation in PCI services.
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Play Cricket India website and participation in PCI services. By using the website or participating in a PCI activity, you agree to follow the applicable terms, rules and instructions.
2. Registration and Player Information
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. PCI may verify information and may decline, suspend or correct a player record where information is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be reasonably verified.
3. Eligibility and Minors
Eligibility may vary by Match Day, competition or service. Where a participant is a minor, required parental or guardian consent must be obtained before participation. PCI may request evidence of consent or eligibility.
4. Match Days and Match Passes
Match availability, slots, schedules, venues, formats and participation conditions may change for operational, safety or other legitimate reasons. A Match Pass provides booking information and does not override eligibility, verification, payment or match conditions.
5. Fees, Payments and Cancellations
Where a PCI activity has a fee, the applicable amount and payment conditions will be shown through the relevant registration or booking process. Cancellation, refund or adjustment will be governed by the terms communicated for that particular activity. PCI may cancel or reschedule an activity where necessary.
6. Rankings and Statistics
PCI may record match performances and use them to calculate rankings, statistics, awards and related recognition. PCI may correct records where a scoring, data-entry or verification error is identified.
7. Reward Points
Reward Points are part of the PCI rewards system and are not cash, a bank balance or a guarantee of monetary value. Earning rates, redemption rules, minimum redemption amounts, partner availability and other conditions may change. PCI may reverse points credited in error or resulting from invalid or cancelled activity.
8. Partner Stores
Redemptions at partner stores are subject to the applicable store's availability and PCI's redemption process. PCI may add, remove or change partners and redemption conditions.
9. Player Conduct
Players must behave respectfully and follow match officials' instructions, venue rules and PCI safety requirements. Harassment, violence, cheating, deliberate damage, fraudulent activity or serious misconduct may result in suspension, disqualification or loss of related benefits.
10. Content and Media
Players must not submit content they do not have the right to use. Where PCI has obtained the appropriate consent or permission, PCI may use relevant photographs, video or other media for operational, informational or promotional purposes.
11. Website Availability
PCI aims to keep its website and services available, but online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party services or circumstances outside PCI's reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
The PCI name, branding, website design, original content and related materials are owned by or used with permission by Play Cricket India unless otherwise stated.
13. Suspension
PCI may suspend or terminate access to a service where necessary to protect players, competition integrity, platform security, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable rules.
14. Changes to These Terms
PCI may update these Terms as its services develop. The current version published on this page will apply to future use, subject to rights or obligations that cannot legally be changed retrospectively.
