We retain your personal information for as long as you remain a registered PCI player and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our active records within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it longer.

Access to player registration data is restricted to authorised PCI administrators only. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

PCI is open to players of all ages. Players under the age of 18 are required to bring a signed Parental Consent Form on their first match day before participating. The form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals without a parent or guardian's knowledge where required. If we become aware that such data has been collected inadvertently, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the PCI platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active registered players via WhatsApp. Continued participation in PCI events after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
