Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about registering, playing, rankings, Match Pass and Reward Points.
Play Cricket India is a structured cricket platform starting in Visakhapatnam, designed to give local players a competitive environment, recorded performances, rankings, rewards and a pathway to develop their cricket.
Players who meet the eligibility requirements communicated for the relevant PCI match may register. If a participant is a minor, required parental or guardian consent must be completed before participation.
Use the registration section on the PCI website and submit the requested player information. PCI may verify the information before issuing or confirming a player identity or PCI Code.
A PCI ID is the player's unique identifier used across PCI services such as player records, rankings, rewards and Match Pass functionality.
PCI maintains performance-based rankings using match statistics recorded in its system. Separate ranking categories may be available for batting, bowling, all-round performance and monthly performance.
A Match Pass provides player-facing details associated with an eligible Match Day booking, such as player identity, match information and booking reference.
Players can earn Reward Points based on qualifying performances and PCI's published reward rules. Points and redemption availability are subject to the applicable PCI rules and partner-store availability.
Where partner stores are active, eligible players may redeem points through the PCI redemption system. Availability and redemption conditions can change as PCI expands its partner network.
Only provide identity information through an official PCI form when it is specifically requested for a stated purpose. PCI will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
